1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included;

  • Be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards;

  • Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments) if opened.


2. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return is rejected, we may send the item back to you at your expense.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • The return is initiated after 14 days from delivery;

Shipping charges, customs duties, or service fees (such as transaction fees from Stripe or local gateways) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us first at support@4buyn.com and we will assist you.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@4buyn.com with:

  • Your order number;

  • A detailed description of the issue;

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect.

We will investigate the issue promptly and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


7. Order Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

In case of cancellation before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
